Terrible headaches. And stomach aches just started Prozac 30 mg.

Yes 30 milligrams seems like a high starting dose. I think I started at 10 mg best wishes.

I'm sure that your anxiety isn't helping matters but the side effects you describe are common when first starting treatment. They generally resolve within a week to 10 days or so and get better every day. You can ask your pharmacist to recommend OTC products that will help and are compatible with the medication.
I would let your doctor know right away what you're experiencing and ask about trying a low starting dose to help your system adjust more smoothly.
Hang in there... it sometimes starts off a little rough but at the same time many people start to feel some improvements in about the first two weeks.
